HOW IT WORKS:

1. Pay order fee to reserve your spot - $599
2. Questionnaire - We'll immediately send a questionnaire via email asking for starting details about your project
3. Review - We review your answers. We reserve the right to refund or reject orders that break our Terms of Service [Link]
4. Wait for specs - If all looks good, we'll send label design specs in December 2025
5. Design your label - Label submissions open January 5th, 2026. You have the full calendar year to submit your design.
6. We roast & ship - Once you submit your design, we roast, label, and ship (up to 6 weeks, usually faster)
7. Receive - 24 bags of custom-branded coffee show up at your door.

THE BRANDING THING:

This is YOUR coffee. Your name, your logo, your whole aesthetic.

We reserve the right to add "Roasted by Cxffeeblack" somewhere on the label (we gotta protect the craft), but the spotlight's on you.

Just to be clear: You can resell it, gift it, do whatever—but you can't say you roasted it yourself. That's our lane.

We're only doing 12 spots max. This is rare for us—we don't usually let people white label our coffee let alone in small batches. Keeping it tight so it doesn't dilute what we're building.
