SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing Cxffeeblack's White Label Coffee service, you agree to the following terms:

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Cxffeeblack will provide:
→ 24 bags of premium single-origin coffee
→ Bag size: 12oz or 8oz (customer's choice at time of order)
→ Coffee type: Whole bean only (no grinding services)
→ Coffee origin: Determined by current inventory (may be Guji Mane or other premium origins/blends)
→ Custom label printing and application based on customer-provided design
→ Professional packaging
→ Bag style and color: What we have access to (typically white or black flat-bottom bags)
→ Shipping to one US address

2. PRICING & PAYMENT
$599 (includes shipping)
Payment is required in full at time of order to reserve your spot.
REFUND POLICY:
Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE except in the following circumstance:
→ If Cxffeeblack rejects your order for violating Terms of Service, you will receive a full refund
No refunds will be issued for:
→ Customer dissatisfaction with coffee taste, quality, or origin
→ Delays in timeline
→ Changes in customer plans or needs
→ Design revision disputes
→ Buyer's remorse
→ Any other reason
Once design is approved and roasting begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By purchasing this service, you confirm you are familiar with Cxffeeblack's coffee quality and trust our roasting expertise.

3. ORDER PROCESS & QUESTIONNAIRE
Upon payment:
→ Customer will immediately receive a project questionnaire via email
→ Customer must complete questionnaire with project details
→ Cxffeeblack will review responses within 2-3 business days
CXFFEEBLACK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
→ Reject orders that violate Terms of Service
→ Refund rejected orders at sole discretion
→ Approve or decline orders without explanation beyond TOS violations

4. DESIGN SUBMISSION TIMELINE
Order Period: Nov 21 - Dec 3, 2025 Design
Specs Sent: December 2025 Design
Submissions Open: January 5, 2026
Submission Deadline: December 31, 2026
→ Customers have the full 2026 calendar year to submit their label design
→ Fulfillment begins after design submission (up to 6 weeks)
→ Design must be submitted by December 31, 2026, or order is forfeited with no refund

5. DESIGN PROCESS
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
→ Customer must provide print-ready label design based on Cxffeeblack's provided template
→ Customer is solely responsible for creating or commissioning the label design
→ Design must meet template specifications for size, resolution, and format
→ Design must be submitted between January 5 - December 31, 2026
CXFFEEBLACK RESPONSIBILITIES:
→ Provide label template with technical specifications (December 2025)
→ Offer guidance on design resources (AI tools or paid designers) if requested
→ Print and apply approved labels to coffee bags
→ Ensure final product meets quality standards
REVISIONS:
→ One (1) proof revision is included
→ Customer must provide revised design within template specifications
→ Additional revisions are not available
DESIGN APPROVAL:
→ Customer has up to 2 weeks to finalize design after initial submission
→ Cxffeeblack will not proceed to roasting until design is approved
→ Delays in design approval may extend total timeline

6. LABEL RESTRICTIONS
Labels MUST include:
→ Coffee weight (12oz or 8oz)
→ "Roasted by Cxffeeblack" (Cxffeeblack reserves the right to include this; placement determined by Cxffeeblack)
→ Any legally required information (customer is responsible for compliance with local regulations)
Labels MUST NOT include:
→ False or misleading health claims (e.g., "cures disease," "guaranteed weight loss")
→ Competing roaster names or branding
→ Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
→ Copyrighted material without proper licensing
→ Claims that customer roasted the coffee
→ FDA-prohibited health claims
→ Alcohol, tobacco, or drug references
→ Anything that violates US federal, state, or local laws
CXFFEEBLACK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
→ Reject any label design that violates these restrictions
→ Reject any label design that could harm Cxffeeblack's brand reputation
→ Reject any label design that creates legal liability for Cxffeeblack
→ Reject any label design containing content we deem inappropriate
If a label is rejected, customer may submit one revision. If second submission is also rejected, no refund will be issued.

7. TIMELINE & DELIVERY
ORDER TIMELINE:
→ Order placement: Nov 21 - Dec 3, 2025
→ Questionnaire: Sent immediately upon payment
→ Design specs sent: December 2025
→ Design submissions open: January 5, 2026
→ Design submission deadline: December 31, 2026
→ Customer has full 2026 calendar year to complete order
FULFILLMENT TIMELINE (after design submission):
→ Label design approval: Up to 2 weeks
→ Roasting & fulfillment: Up to 3 weeks from design approval
→ Shipping: Up to 1 week
→ TOTAL: Up to 6 weeks from design submission to delivery
Timelines are estimates and may be shorter but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
→ Coffee sourcing availability
→ Label printing delays
→ Shipping carrier delays
→ Customer delays in design approval
Cxffeeblack is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
SHIPPING:
→ Ships to one US address only (customer provides in questionnaire)
→ Shipping is included in price
→ International shipping is not available
→ Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address
→ Cxffeeblack is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address

8. COFFEE SPECIFICATIONS
ORIGIN:
→ Coffee origin is determined by Cxffeeblack based on current inventory
→ Customer will be notified which origin is available
→ Customer may decline if origin is not acceptable, but no refund will be issued
→ Typical options: Guji Mane (Ethiopian), or other premium single-origin or blend coffees
ROAST:
→ Coffee is roasted fresh to order by Cxffeeblack
→ Roast profile is determined by Cxffeeblack based on origin
→ Customer cannot specify roast level (light/medium/dark)
QUALITY:
→ All coffee is specialty-grade, ethically sourced
→ Roasted to Cxffeeblack's quality standards
→ Customer acknowledges they are familiar with Cxffeeblack's coffee and trust our expertise

9. USAGE RIGHTS
CUSTOMER MAY:
✓ Resell the coffee under their own branding
✓ Use the coffee for corporate gifts, events, or giveaways
✓ Distribute the coffee as they see fit
✓ Market the coffee as "roasted by Cxffeeblack" (if label includes this)
CUSTOMER MAY NOT:
✗ Claim they roasted the coffee themselves
✗ Misrepresent the coffee's origin or roasting process
✗ Remove or obscure "Roasted by Cxffeeblack" branding if included on label
✗ Reorder the same label design (this is a one-time service)
✗ Transfer or resell this service agreement to another party

10. NO PARTNERSHIP OR ENDORSEMENT
This is a white label service, NOT a partnership, collaboration, or endorsement.
Customer may not:
→ Claim partnership with Cxffeeblack
→ Suggest endorsement by Cxffeeblack beyond "roasted by"
→ Use Cxffeeblack's logo, branding, or trademarked materials without written permission
→ Imply any official relationship with Cxffeeblack beyond the white label service

11. NO REORDERS
This is a ONE-TIME service.
Customer cannot:
→ Reorder the same label design
→ Purchase additional batches with the same branding
→ Request future runs of the same coffee
Each White Label Coffee order is a standalone, single-batch service.
If customer wants future orders, they must purchase again as a new order (subject to availability and current pricing).

12. FORFEITURE
If customer fails to submit their label design by December 31, 2026:
→ Order is forfeited
→ No refund will be issued
→ Customer loses all rights to the service
Customer is responsible for meeting the design submission deadline.

13. LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
Cxffeeblack provides coffee "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:
→ Taste preferences
→ Specific origin availability
→ Exact delivery timelines
Cxffeeblack's total liability is limited to the amount paid by customer ($599).
Cxffeeblack is not liable for:
→ Customer's inability to resell coffee
→ Customer's dissatisfaction with coffee taste or origin
→ Delays beyond Cxffeeblack's reasonable control
→ Shipping carrier issues
→ Customer's business outcomes or losses
→ Customer's failure to submit design by deadline

14. ELIGIBILITY & CAPACITY
WHITE LABEL SERVICE IS LIMITED TO:
→ 3-10 total orders (Cxffeeblack determines final number based on capacity)
→ Orders processed in order received (first come, first served)
→ OG Access customers receive priority pricing during Nov 21-26
CXFFEEBLACK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
→ Reject orders that violate Terms of Service
→ Limit total number of orders accepted
→ End the White Label service at any time
→ Refund rejected orders at sole discretion
Payment reserves your spot but does not guarantee fulfillment if questionnaire reveals TOS violations.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing Cxffeeblack's White Label Coffee service, customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
If customer does not agree to these terms, they should not purchase this service.
